Payments

Are your online payments secure?

We use the most secure payment gateways on the market which are Stripe and PayPal. We never retain or hold any payment card details. This is all handled by the payment gateway.

What payment methods do you use?

Ceol Tracks uses the Stripe and PayPal payment gateway. Through Stripe and PayPal we can accept major cards as a method of payment.

Shipping and Postage

Can I change my shipping address?

During the checkout process, you are given the option to change the shipping address to a destination of your choosing as long as it is to the country we ship to. Once the order has been completed and shipped you can not change the shipping address.

What are the shipping options?

Because we are based in Galicia, we use the Spanish postal service Correos. During checkout, you can choose between standard or registered shipping. here is what each service provides.

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Easy: save time and costs with the standard delivery option.
  • Flexible: shipments up to 2 kg with delivery between 2 and 4 days.

REGISTERED SHIPPING

  • Security: each shipment is individually identified and registered.
  • Guarantee: delivery is only made with the recipient’s signature.
  • Peace of mind: track your shipment at any time.
  • Flexible: shipments up to 2 kg with delivery between 1 and 4 days.

When will is receive my order?

Once your order has been changed from processing to complete, we will ship the order to the shipping address provided during checkout. it normally takes between 2 to 4 days for delivery. however, in some cases beyond the control of Ceol Tracks delivery could be up to 10 days.

Sales and Discounts

Do you offer discounts?

Ceol Tracks can offer a discount on large quantities of 10 books or more. If you’d like to avail of a discount, please email us with the quantity and name of the books you’d like to buy. Use the customer care form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer sales on products?

Yes, we offer sales on our products from time to time. Sales are subject to change as we see fit. Check out our products currently on sale.

Customers

Can I create a customer account?

You can create a customer account during the checkout process. Just checkmark the box “create an account”. once you have completed the checkout process, you will be sent an email to reset your password to access your account.

Can I reset my password?

Yes. Once you have a customer account you can reset your password by going to the reset password page. Enter your username or email, click the reset button and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.
